Lutheri Kvartal (Luther Quarter) - Ober-Haus Real Estate started the sale of new city quarter

The Luther Quarter (Lutheri Kvartal) constructed in the historical environment of industrial architecture is located on the territory with the area of approximately 2,3 ha, at the address Vana-Lõuna 39 and 39A, Tallinn (former industrial buildings of the veneer and furniture factory).

The total of 180 apartments and spacious parking building will be constructed between old limestone walls. Sizes of apartments located in three different buildings vary from 27 to 170 square metres. All apartments are high, with plenty of light and air.

Special features of interiors are proportions, preserved historical constructions and materials. Key materials are limestone, veneer and St John's red brick. Height of ceilings reaches ca 4 metres and height of inner doors 2,15 metres.

In order to find a suitable home, it is possible to choose from four different types of interior finish - from avant-garde to classical style.

The Cultural Heritage Department and the Heritage Board support the project and the cooperation is successful.
