Ober-Haus hires new Managing Director for Estonia

Tallinn, Estonia - Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors has hired Tarmo Kase as their new Managing Director for its real estate advisory service in Estonia

Mr. Kase worked as a company manager or sales manager since 1995 for companies such as Olympic Entertainment Group, Eesti Pagar (Estonian Bakeries), Fazer Estonia and Jungent. Mr. Kase comes to Ober-Haus from his job as Chief Operating Officer for Olympic Entertainment Group, running operations with 2,500 employees in eight countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Ober-Haus Group Managing Director Peter Gage Morris says that Tarmo Kase brings strong sales leadership experience and vigour to Ober-Haus, which is the market leader in Poland and Lithuania, and second largest in Latvia, and works in a more fragmented market of five competitors in Estonia. Katrin Klein-Nappi continues as Deputy Manager and Marketing Manager.

Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors in owned by Realia Group Oy of Finland, the owner of the dominant Finnish real estate brands Huoneistokeskus, SKV, and Huoneistomarkkinointi. The real estate services group now employs nearly 2000 people in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, making it the largest real estate brokerage firm in Central and Eastern Europe. The estimated turnover of Realia Group for year 2009 is 130 million euros.
