Ober-Haus promotes new Managing Director for Poland

Warsaw, Poland � Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors has promoted Group Marketing Director and Deputy Managing Director Agnieszka Gorkiewicz to be the new Managing Director for Poland. Ms. Gorkiewicz worked in Ober-Haus since its founding in Poland in 2000, gaining experience in all areas of the business. Ms. Gorkiewicz looks forward to opening new offices for Ober-Haus throughout Poland, with the goal of bringing Ober-Haus services to clients in every city of 100,000 people or more.

Peter Gage Morris, the Managing Director for Ober-Haus regionally, had formerly held the two roles of Managing Director for the entire firm and Director for Poland simultaneously. He now relinquishes Poland to Ms. Gorkiewicz and will focus on introducing new services region wide, increasing investment sales, and expanding Ober-Haus operations into new countries.
