Shlossle Hotels found new owner

Marbella Club Hotels has today announced that it has acquired the luxury Schlössle Hotel Group in Estonia and Latvia for an undisclosed sum.
The Marbella Club Hotels, currently owns two of the most renowned
hotels in Europe, The Marbella Club (www.marbellaclub.com) and The Puente
Romano (www.puenteromano.com) , both of them
members of the Leading Hotels of the World, located in Marbella,
Spain.
The Schlössle Hotel Group (www.schlossle-hotels.com) owns three
Hotels. Two of them are members of the Leading Hotels of the World, The
Schlössle Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia & The Grand Palace Hotel in Riga,
Latvia. The third Hotel of the Group is The St Petersburg Hotel also in Tallinn,
Estonia and member of Summit Hotels.
