"Warsaw's residential market - a cyclical opportunity ?", Warsaw Business Journal, 9th of March, 2009

Residential property entered a bear market in the second half of 2008. After prices rose 12% in the first half of the year, they bagan their retreat in the second half and ended 2008 at zł 7,058 oer sqm, up only 2% on the year. That means prices started 2009 moving downwards. The question is, how far and for how long ?

"The year 2009 will see a little but more weakening of prices, but not by much, and prices will start to move up again by the end of 2010"
