New business development region in LasnamäeOber-Haus Real Estate Company is brokering plots in Tondiraba new business development region at Lasnamäe. Last Year the first phase of regions detail planning was confirmed by Tallinn City Government.
The size of the development region is 20 ha, 60 000 m² of which is planned for building footprint. The development will also include building new Tähesaju street with intersections and traffic lights. Project managing of the region development by Nordic Property Consultants OÜ, which belongs to Paul Oberschneider.
The region will be completed by 2008. The first businesses will open already during this year. The most well-known clients are Prisma Hypermarket, Esma Auto, Elke Auto etc.
Right across the Laagna Road lies successful shopping center Lasnamäe Centrum and Lasnamäe industrial park, which is being developed at the moment.
Tondiraba business development region lies at Laagna Road, which is the biggest arterial highway in Tallinn. The region is about 5 minutes driving from St Petersburg Road and about 7 minutes driving from city center. Region has a potential to become the center of the Lasnamäe city district.
